Why 2 Person Were Punished In Grave?

The Prophet heard two people being punished in their graves.

• – One person didn’t keep himself clean from urine, while the other spread false rumors to create enmity.
• – The Prophet placed green leaves on their graves, hoping their punishment would be reduced until the leaves dried up.
